The Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1992
Section 2
Section 93(1) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992, so far as it relates to paragraph 10 of Schedule 8 to that Act, shall come into force forthwith, but this article does not extend to Wales.
