Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Reinstatement) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

The Road Works (Reinstatement) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992
Section 2
Regulation 2(1) of the Road Works (Reinstatement) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows:—
(a) The words “per annum” occurring at the end of the definition of “a road carrying more than 30 million standard axles” shall be deleted; and
(b) After the definition of “a road carrying more than 30 million standard axles” there shall be inserted—
“standard axle” means an axle which exerts a force of 80 Kilo Newtons.
