Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Forest Reproductive Material (Amendment) Regulations 1992, and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

The Forest Reproductive Material Regulations 1977 shall be amended by omitting from regulation 14 the words from “Such official certificate” to the end of the regulation.
