Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Heavy Goods and Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Heavy Goods and Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1992
Section 2
Paragraph (1)(a) of regulation 7 (Revocation of licences) of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Heavy Goods and Public Service Vehicles) Regulations 1990 shall be amended by the substitution of “liability to epileptic seizures” for “an epileptic attack since attaining the age of 5 years”.
