Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

Section 2
(1) The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1987 shall be amended in accordance with the following provision of this regulation.
(2) In Schedule 3 (Categories of motor vehicles for driving test purposes), in column (2) (Class of Vehicle included in the Category), in the entry describing the class of vehicle included in category C1 plus E, after the words “with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 750 kg ” there shall be inserted “where the maximum authorised mass of the combination does not exceed 8.25 tonnes”.
