Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gloucestershire Airport (Designation) (Detention and Sale of Aircraft) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

Section 2

Gloucestershire Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
