Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
This Order may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 6th January 1993.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation
In relation to the Sir Thomas Picton School, to the extent to which the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) Order 1990 came into force on 1st August 1992 in pursuance of article 10A and Schedule 3, Part I thereof (Schools in the County of Dyfed) that Order—
(a) shall cease to be in force, and
(b) accordingly, shall be of no effect until again brought into force in pursuance of article 10A thereof and Part II of Schedule 3 as amended by the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Welsh) (Amendment) Order 1992 .
