Section 1Citation and revocation

These Regulations may be cited as the Hydrocarbon Oil (Amendment) Regulations 1992, and shall come into force on 1st of January 1993.

Section 2Citation and revocation

Paragraph (ii) of sub-paragraph (e) of regulation 3 of the Hydrocarbon Oil (Amendment) Regulations 1981 is hereby revoked.

Section 3Increase of the minimum amount for a claim by an approved repayment user

In paragraph (d) of regulation 40 of the Hydrocarbon Oil Regulations 1973 there shall be substituted for “£50” the amount “£250”.
