Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£378” there shall be substituted “£390”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£252” there shall be substituted “£260”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£126” there shall be substituted “£130”;

(d) in sub-paragraph (d), for “£126” there shall be substituted “£130”; and

(e) in sub-paragraph (e), for “£63” there shall be substituted “£65”. Home Office
