Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Farm and Conservation Grant (Amend ment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 18th January 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

The Farm and Conservation Grant Regulations 1991 shall be amended in accordance with regulation 3 below.

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Regulations

For regulation 7 there shall be substituted the following regulation:—

(7) The appropriate Minister shall not approve an improvement plan under these Regulations—

(a) in so far as the plan relates to any works, facilities or transactions of a kind specified in Schedule 2 where the plan is received by him after 17th January 1993;

(b) in any other case where the plan is received by him after 31st December 1994.
