Section 1 Title and commencement

This Scheme may be cited as the Farm Business Non-Capital Grant (Amendment) Scheme 1992 and shall come into force on 18th January 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Scheme

The Farm Business Non-Capital Grant Scheme 1988 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 below.

Section 3 Amendment of the principal Scheme

In paragraph 5, after sub-paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following subparagraph:—

(1A) The appropriate Minister shall not approve any feasibility study plan or marketing plan that is received by him after 17th January 1993.

Section 4 Amendment of the principal Scheme

In paragraph 7—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2), the words from “and the eligible person” to the end of that sub-paragraph shall be omitted;

(b) sub-paragraph (5)(b) shall be omitted.
