Section 1

— This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Conformation of Legislation) (Virgin Islands) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 28th January 1993.

Section 2

— The Registrar of Ships (Designation) Act 1992 enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands, is hereby confirmed.
