Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 (Commencement No.3) Order 1992.

Section 2Appointed days

(1) 17th December 1992 is the day appointed for the coming into force of subsections (3) and (9) of section 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991.

(2) 20th February 1993 is the day appointed for the coming into force of subsections (1), (2), (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8) of section 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991.
