Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Forestry) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of the Plant Health (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1989

The Plant Health (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1989( ) shall be amended in accordance with article 3 below.

Section 3 Amendment of the Plant Health (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1989

At the end of article 9 there shall be added the following paragraph:

(8) Paragraphs (5) and (7) of this article shall not apply to any consignment of or, as the case may be, any phytosanitary certificate, reforwarding phytosanitary certificate or mill certificate in respect of any tree, wood, isolated bark, soil or growing medium which is directly consigned to Great Britain from a Member State.
