Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1992.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 shall come into force on 1st March 1992, that is to say— section 1 (amendment of section 7 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 ); section 2 (amendment of section 18 of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937 ); section 3 (sale of unpackaged cigarettes); section 5 (enforcement action by local authorities in England and Wales); section 6 (enforcement action by local authorities in Scotland); section 7 (expenses); section 8 (short title, commencement, extent etc. ), so far as not already in force.
