Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Television Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

(2) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Section 2

The Wireless Telegraphy (Television Licence Fees) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows:

(a) in regulation 4, for “£2.50” there shall be substituted “£3.25”;

(b) in Schedule 2–

(i) for “£25.50” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£26.50”;

(ii) for “£77” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£80”; and

(iii) for “£3” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£3.50”; and

(c) in Schedule 3–

(i) for “£38.50” there shall be substituted “£40”;

(ii) for “£19.25” there shall be substituted “£20”; and

(iii) for “£20.50” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£21.25”.
