Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act 1967 (Unregistered Ships) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 24th March 1992.

Section 2
The Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act 1967 (Unregistered Ships) Order 1991 shall be amended as follows:
For article 2(1)(c) there shall be substituted–
(c) wholly owned by persons each of whom is either a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies or a body corporate which is established under a law of a part of the United Kingdom and has its principal place of business in a part of the United Kingdom.
