The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1992

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

Section 2

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations ” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) Regulations 1991 .

Section 3

In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations,

(a) after the word “where” in paragraph (4) there shall be inserted the words “the frequency and”;

(b) for the table in the said paragraph there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and

(c) for the words “20th November 1990” in paragraph (6) there shall be substituted the words “17th January 1992”.

Section 4

In regulation 4 of the principal Regulations after the semi-colon at the end of sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1) there shall be added the word “and”.

Section 5

For the Schedule to the principal Regulations there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
