Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges, etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

(2) Regulation 2(1) of the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges, etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 is hereby revoked.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1)(a), (2)(a) and (3) of the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges, etc.) Regulations 1989 shall be amended by the substitution of “ £95” for “ £85” in each place where it occurs.
