Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st May 1992.
(2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1992
Section 2
Section 20(3) of the Gaming Act 1968 (under which the maximum permitted aggregate amount of winnings in respect of games of bingo played in one week simultaneously on different club premises is £4,500) shall have effect with the substitution, for the reference to the sum specified in that subsection, of a reference to the sum of £5,000.
Section 3
In the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1991 , article 2 shall be omitted.
