Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st May 1992.

Section 2

In article 2 of the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) Order 1986 —
(a) in paragraph (a), for “£33,000” there shall be substituted “£145,000”; and
(b) in paragraph (b), for “£70,000” there shall be substituted “£140,000”.

Section 3

The Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
