Section 1Title and commencement

This Scheme may be cited as the Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) (Variation) Scheme 1992 and shall come into force on 6th April 1992.

Section 2Variation of the principal Scheme

In paragraph 4 of the Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) Scheme 1965 for the words “25 years” there shall be substituted the words “30 years”.
