The Maintenance Enforcement Act 1991 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1992
Section 2
Those provisions of the Maintenance Enforcement Act 1991 not already in force , apart from paragraphs 15 to 17 of Schedule 1 to that Act (and section 10 to the extent necessary to bring those paragraphs into force), shall come into force on 1st April 1992.
