Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Employment Code of Practice (Picketing)Order 1992 and comes into force on 1st May 1992.

Section 2Appointed day for revised Code of Practice

The day appointed for the coming into operation of the revised Code of Practice on picketing issued by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 3(4) and (6) of the Employment Act 1980 is 1st May 1992.
