The M40 (London–Oxford) Motorway (Stokenchurch to Waterstock Crossroads Section) Scheme 1970 is hereby varied as follows:
(a) in Schedule 2, for the word “Three” there shall be substituted the word “Two”, and for the expression “A, B and C” there shall be substituted the expression “A and B”; and
(b) there shall be disregarded the heavy black line given the reference letter C on the deposited plan as defined in article 4.
This Scheme shall come into force on 24th April 1992 and may be cited as theM40 (London–Oxford) Motorway (Stokenchurch to Waterstock Crossroads Section) Scheme 1970, Variation Scheme 1992.
