Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 30th March 1992.

Section 2
The Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1988 shall be further amended by the substitution for Schedule 2 of the following Schedule–
