Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 31stMarch 1992.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Liences) Regulations 1987 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In paragraph (4) of regulation 33 (Effect of change in classification from groups to categories) for “1st April 1992” there shall be substituted “1st October 1992”.

Section 4

In paragraph (6) of regulation 34 (Effect of change in classification on entitlement to drive large buses) for “1st April 1992” there shall be substituted “1st October 1992”.
