Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1992.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means Bristol and District Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the United Bristol Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in schedules of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 21st February 1992, which schedules have been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 1st April 1992 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
