Section 1Citation and extent
This Order may be cited as the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1992 and shall extend only to England and Wales.

6th April 1992 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 66(2) of and Schedule 10 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 so far as they relate to the repeal of section 22(7) of the National Assistance Act 1948 .
