Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) (Amendment) Rules 1992 and shall come into force on 11th May 1992.

Section 2
The Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 are amended by substituting for Schedule 2 there to the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
