Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Race Relations Code of Practice (Non-Rented Housing) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

Section 2Code of Practice

The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Code of Practice in Non-Rented Housing for the elimination of racial discrimination and the promotion of equal opportunities ( ISBN 1-85442-073-9) issued by the Commission for Racial Equality under section 47(7) of the Race Relations Act 1976 is 18th June 1992.
