Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Radioactive Substances (Substances of Low Activity) Exemption (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1992.

Section 2

In article 3(b) of the Radioactive Substances (Substances of Low Activity) Exemption Order 1986 for “0.4” substitute “4”.
