Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st June 1992.

Section 2Hazardous Substances

(1) In article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (interpretation), the definitions of “hazardous substance” and “notifiable quantity” shall be omitted.

(2) In article 3 of that Order (use classes), paragraph (5) shall be omitted.
