Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (Commencement No. 8) Order 1992.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions concerning advertisements

The following provisions of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 shall come into force on 6th April 1992—

section 19, so far as it is not yet in force;

section 24;

section 32, so far as it relates to paragraph 38 of Schedule 7 and sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 53 of that Schedule, so far as that sub-paragraph is not yet in force; and

section 84(6), so far as it gives effect to the repeal, in Part I of Schedule 19, of paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 , so far as that repeal is not yet in force.
