Section 1Title, extent and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Burning of Crop Residues (Repeal of Byelaws) Order 1992, shall extend to England and Wales and shall come into force on 2nd April 1992.

Section 2Repeal of byelaws
All byelaws of local authorities made under section 235(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 dealing with the burning of crop residues on agricultural land are hereby repealed.
