Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Markets and Insolvency (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st May 1992.

Section 2

In Regulation 16(1)(a)(ii) of the Financial Markets and Insolvency Regulations 1991 , for the reference to the Financial Services (Clients' Money) Regulations 1987 there shall be substituted a reference to the Financial Services (Client Money) Regulations 1991 .
