Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.

The Civil Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992
Section 2
Where a claim is made under regulation 100(1) of the Civil Legal Aid (General) Regulations 1989 during the months April to August 1992, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (5) of that regulation, the maximum payment to be made for each claim shall be 54%.
