Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st May 1992.
(2) This Order shall extend to Scotland only.

Section 2
In section 16(3) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 (conditions on which the provision of amusements is permitted at certain commercial entertainments) paragraph (b) shall have effect as if, for the sum of £20 specified in that paragraph, there were substituted the sum of £25.
Section 3
Article 2 of the Amusements with Prizes (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) Order 1988 , is hereby revoked.
