Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Amend ment (No.2) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1992.

(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations ” means the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1987 .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

(1) In regulation 4(a) of the principal Regulations, after the words “he is in receipt of”, there shall be inserted the words “disability working allowance,”; and

(2) In regulation 15(1)(a)(v) of the principal Regulations, after the words “by way of”, there shall be inserted the words “disability working allowance under section 20(6A) of the Social Security Act 1986 ,”.
