Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1 May 1992.

Section 2

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1988 are hereby amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 3(2), for “£30.30” there shall be substituted “£32.10”;

(b) in paragraph (a) of Schedule 2, for “£52.00” there shall be substituted “£55.00”; and

(c) in paragraph 1 (1)(a) of Schedule 3, for “£35.00”, “£52.00” and “£12.00” there shall be substituted respectively “£36.50”, “£55.00” and “£5.00”.
