Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (Enforcement Officers) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 15th February 1992.

Section 2

The following descriptions of persons, in addition to those specified inparagraph 1(a) and (b) of Schedule 3 to the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990 (enforcement powers in respect of ships), shall be enforcement officers under that Schedule—

(a) commissioned officers of any of Her Majesty’s ships;

(b) officers of the sea-fishery inspectorate of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food;

(c) officers of the fishery protection service of the Secretary of State for Scotland holding the rank of commander, first officer or second officer.
