Section 1
This Order may be cited as the New Towns (Defects Grants) (Payments to District Councils) (Extensions of Time) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st March 1992.

In article 2 of the New Towns (Defects Grants) (Payments to District Councils) (Extensions of Time) Order 1990 (extensions of time for payments of grants) substitute “1st April 1997” for “31st March 1994”.
