Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) (Amendment) Order 1992.
(2) In this Order—
“the principal Order ” means the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Order 1990 .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Order

Paragraph (5) of article 2 of the principal Order (appointed days)—

the words “31st March 1992” shall be omitted and there shall be substituted therefor the words “30th June 1992”.
