Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Ayrshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 25th March 1992.

(2) In this Order “article 4” means article 4 of the South Ayrshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 .

Section 2Amendment of Article 4

For article 4 there shall be substituted the following article:—
Directors of the trust
(4) The trust shall have, in addition to the chairman, 5 non-executive directors and 5 executive directors.
