Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Commence ment No. 2) Order 1992.
(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Local Government Finance Act 1992.

The Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1992
Section 2
The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st April 1992:—
(a) in Schedule 13, paragraphs 10, 11, 41 and 89; and
(b) in Schedule 14, the repeals listed in the Schedule to this Order.
