The A16 Trunk Road (Great Grimsby Borough Boundary to Toll Bar Roundabout) (Detrunking) Order 1990 is hereby amended by substituting, for sub-paragraph (ii) of article 2(2), the following sub-paragraph–
(ii) “the deposited plan” means the plan numbered HA10/YHNMD1 entitled “The A16 Trunk Road (Great Grimsby Borough Boundary to Toll Bar Roundabout)” (Detrunking) Order 1990 Amendment Order 1992, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY;
