Section 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1992.

Section 2 Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1992

For Schedule 3 of the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1992 there shall be substituted the following Schedule:
