Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Fares (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 19th February 1993.

The Air Fares (Amendment) Regulations 1993
Section 2
In regulation 2(1) of the Air Fares Regulations 1992 for the words from “and” to the end there shall be substituted the following—
“the Council Regulation” means the Council Regulation (EEC) No 2409/92 on fares and rates for air services ; and
“United Kingdom national” has the same meaning as in section 105(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 .
