Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing of Air Carriers (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 19th February 1993.

The Licensing of Air Carriers (Amendment) Regulations 1993
Section 2
In regulation 2(1) of the Licensing of Air Carriers Regulations 1992 for the words from “and” to the end there shall be substituted the following—
“the Council Regulation” means Council Regulation (EEC) No 2407/92 on licensing of air carriers ; and
“United Kingdom national” has the same meaning as in section 105(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 .
