Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Cranfield Airport (Designation) (Detention and Sale of Aircraft) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 10th May 1993.

Section 2

Cranfield Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
